Revision des cirripedes acrothoraciques fossiles

Abstract
A biometric and systematic study of acrothoracic cirripeds from Jurassic to Tertiary localities leads to a revision of the group. The new genera Simonizapfes (Liassic and Jurassic) and Brachyzapfes (Cretaceous) are erected. Together with Zapfella pattei, from which they are separated, they constitute the family Zapfellidae. The distinctions between this family and the Rogerellidae are tabulated. The stratigraphic range of each genus and probable environmental conditions are outlined.
