High-repetition-rate XeF laser with gas recycling

Abstract
Sustained operation of a Blumlein‐driven XeF excimer laser at pulse repetition rates as high as 200 pps has been achieved. A simple technique for reclamation and recycling of xenon used in the laser gas mixture is also reported.Keywords
