Xenobiotic Monitoring in Plants by 19F and 1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy

Abstract
19F and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy have been used to monitor the uptake of trifluoroacetic acid in stems and leaves of Lycopersicon esculentum. The movement and location of a xenobiotic have been demonstrated in vivo by a noninvasive technique.
