Abstract
The electroencephalogram was normal in over 50% of 11 patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus. When present, abnormal records had a variety of changes, usually seen against normal background rhythms. Third ventricular dilatation, by itself, is not a cause of bursts or projected rhythms in the EEG.Keywords
