Abstract
Schwann cell features were found on ultrastructural examination using EM and light microscopy of a neurotropic melanoma (de novo type) of the lip. A neurotropic pattern of growth was retained in metastatic tumors in lymph nodes and lung. Melanin was not demonstrable in extra-epidermal tumor cells. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
