Abstract
The approximation of 2 pairs of broad, transverse vas flaps at right angles to the reanastomosis permanently widens the opening into each vas lumen. All patients undergoing this procedure had sperm in the ejaculates 5 wk postoperatively and by 6 mo. there was a pregnancy rate of 64%.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
