Abstract
The "monoclonal" macroglobulin of a patient with Waldenstrom''s macro-globulinemia was unequivocally shown to possess antibody activity directed against the Fc portion of human [gamma]G immunoglobulin. Practical and theoretical implications of these findings were discussed.Keywords
