Abstract
Dry bubble disease of oyster mushroom (P. ostreatus) was first noted in a commercial planting in California [USA] in 1981. The disease, caused by V. fungicola, is characterized by a gross malformation and pitting of sporophores. The pathogen also causes dry bubble of the common cultivated mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) and several wild mushroom species. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
