Abstract
✓ Two cases of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysm are reported in which the neck was successfully clipped by way of a contralateral pterional approach. The authors emphasize that in some cases this is the preferred approach; the aneurysm neck can be clipped without damage to important surrounding structures. Keywords
