Abstract
A single gene from Streptomyces tenjimariensis, conferring resistance to kanamycin, apramycin and sisomicin, has been cloned in Streptomyces lividans. The mechanism of resistance involves methylation of 16S RNA in the 30S ribosomal subunit.This publication has 46 references indexed in Scilit:
