Abstract
The lactase-phlorizin hydrolase gene was assigned to chromosome 2 by analysis of Southern blots of DNA from a panel of human-rodent cell hybrids containing characteristic sets of human chromosomes. The hybridization probe used was a recently isolated cDNA clone of the human lactase-phlorizin hydrolase gene.Keywords
