Abstract
All helminths reported from the rat are listed. S. sigmodontis, from Texas, is descr. and a table differentiating spp. of Strongyloides in rodents is given. New host records are Gongylonema sp., Rictularia ondatrae, and Physocephalus sexalatus. Speciation in Physocephalus is discussed.Keywords
