Multiple mononeuropathy and anesthetic granulomatous skin lesions were the 1st manifestations of lymphomatoid granulomatosis in a young woman. The skin lesions resembled those of leprosy. Lymphomatoid granulomatosis was related to midline granulomas and other idiopathic granulomatous angiitic lesions.
