Abstract
The low-temperature demagnetisation which characterises the intermediate valence rare earth intermetallics has been found to occur in the (CexLa1-x)Be13 compounds at least in the range 0.007SF increases nonlinearly in that range from about 20 to 200K. The results agree with lattice parameter measurements and confirm previous EPR data which tracks the intermediate valence state down to x=0.0023.Keywords
