Abstract
The paper chromatographic method will separate raffinose from other sugars. The solvent mixture contains n-butanol, 5; pyridine, 3; water, 3; and benzene 1 part by volume. Color was developed by spraying with alpha-naphthol. Positive results were obtained with 0.05% raffinose. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
