Bladder Cancer, Double Contrast Cystography and a Bladder Analogue

Abstract

Six features en-countered in double-contrast cytography in the investigation of bladder tumours are described and illustrated. Five of these, with uncommon exceptions, are signs of muscle involvement by tumour. The development of a bladder analogue to provide an explanation for these signs is described.
