Abstract
The correction to the order-parameter decay rates near the critical point of fluids arising from the frequency dependence of shear viscosity was calculated, and was found to be generally small ranging from 0.6% at to 6% at , where and are the wave number and the range of correlations of order-parameter fluctuations, respectively.
