Neutron-proton elastic scattering between 200 and 500 MeV. III. Phase shift analysis

Abstract

Data on $D_t$, $R_t$, $A_t$, and $P$ lead to unique and accurate $\mathrm{np}$ phase shift solutions at 210, 325, 425, and 515 MeV. The $I=O, D, \mathrm{and} G$ waves show large systematic deviations from current theoretical models.
