Abstract
Conventional arteriog-raphy is safe and well tolerated in kidney transplants. No angio-graphic abnormalities were detected in 6 identical twin transplants. Varying degrees of focal small-vessel narrowing were seen in allo-transplants especially in the presence of clinical hypertension. The renal biopsies showed evidence of active or inactive rejection in all the allografts studied. Arteriography may be of value in the presence of immediate postoperative anuria. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
