(n, 2n) Excitation Functions of Several Nuclei from 12.0 to 19.8 Mev

Abstract

($n, 2n$) excitation functions have been obtained for ${\mathrm{Sc}}^{45}$, ${\mathrm{Ti}}^{46}$, ${\mathrm{Ni}}^{58}$, ${\mathrm{Cu}}^{65}$, ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{70}$, ${\mathrm{As}}^{75}$, ${\mathrm{Rb}}^{85}$, ${\mathrm{Rb}}^{87}$, ${\mathrm{Sr}}^{84}$, ${\mathrm{Y}}^{89}$, ${\mathrm{Zr}}^{90}$, ${\mathrm{Nb}}^{93}$, ${\mathrm{Ag}}^{107}$, ${\mathrm{In}}^{115}$, ${\mathrm{Sn}}^{112}$, ${\mathrm{Sb}}^{121}$, ${\mathrm{Sb}}^{123}$, ${\mathrm{Ta}}^{181}$, ${\mathrm{Au}}^{197}$, ${\mathrm{Tl}}^{203}$, and ${\mathrm{Th}}^{232}$ at incident neutron energies of 12.00 to 19.76 Mev. The target elements were exposed to neutrons from the $\mathrm{T}(d, n){\mathrm{He}}^4$ reaction in Zr-T and ${\mathrm{T}}_2$ gas targets, and the products were measured by radiochemical methods.
