Abstract
A periodic array of grounded stacked ring elements is shown to provide a controllable reflection phase response which is determined by the ratio of their diameters. Simulated and measured results at X-band are used to demonstrate that this arrangement is suitable for broadband dual frequency reflectarray antennas. Keywords
