Abstract
Polyphenylalanine synthesis at 4 mM Mg++ depends on chain ititiation with N-acetylphenylalanyl-sRNA and 2 factors from the ribosomes. These factors promote the binding of N-acetylphenylalanyl-sRNA to the ribosome-poly U complex, and GTP stimulates this reaction. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
