Crohnʼs Disease Causing Hydronephrosis

Abstract

A case of Crohn''s disease of the ileum causing hydronephrosis is demonstrated by computed tomography. The edema surrounding the abnormal bowel loop extending to the periureteral tissue is demonstrated by this technique and enabled diagnosis of the etiology of hydronephrosis in this case.
