Abstract
Die Masthilfsmittel 2-Thiouracil, 4-Methyl-2-thiouracil und 4-Propyl-2-thiouracil werden aus Schlachttierfleisch extrahiert und bis zur Nachweisgrenze von etwa 1 ppb mit einem Hochdruckflüssigkeits-Chromatographen bestimmt. The thyreostatics 2-thiouracile, 4-methyl-2-thiouracile, and 2-propyl-2-thiouracile were extracted from meat and determined by High Pressure Liquid Chromatography to a limit of about one ppb.Keywords
