Abstract
A nomograph which can expedite the calculation of mobility-trapping time (μr) product from α-particle measurement of semiconductor nuclear radiation detector materials is presented. Scale ranges are selected specifically for CdTe, but the nomograph is basically unrestricted in use.Keywords
