Abstract
Leghemoglobin from nodules of soya bean purified by (NH4)2SO4 precipitation (Acta Chem. Scand. 1: 90. 1947.) has electrophoretically migrating components with isoelectric points at pH 4.4 and 4.7. The component with I.P. 4.4 has twice the hemin content as that with I.P. 4.7. The former component is homogeneous between pH 5.4 and 7.2.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
