Abstract
Discussing the adjustment of the sampling plan during the course of the study, the reasons that survey schedules were not completed for all of the predetermined couples and the methods used to adjust for sampling through "inflating" punch cards. The similarity of this inflated sample to the original universe of eligible couples is tested in respect to various factors.Keywords
