Abstract
Two methods have been tested to determine if they will reveal the histocompatibility-1 difference which distinguishes the coisogenic strain pair C3H and C3H.K. An antiserum prepared in strain C3H.K was used successfully to neutralize C3H leukemia E9514. Grafts of ear and tail skin made from C3H donors to C3H.K hosts survived throughout the period of observation (60 to 170 days), thus failing to differentiate the 2 strains. Keywords
