Abstract
Three methods for the prepn. of antigen from yolk-sacs of hens'' eggs infected with rickettsiae have been developed. All 3 methods utilize some of the properties of di-ethyl ether in the purification of the antigen. No single method is satisfactory for all the 5 spp. of rickettsiae studied. The results of antigen titrations against homologous anti-serums are presented and discussed. Keywords
