Abstract
A new estimation procedure is presented for the estimation of the density of organisms in a suspension by a serial dilution assay. The procedure has 88% efficiency. Graphs are provided to simplify the choice of an adequate design and to eliminate computational difficulties. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
