Abstract
SUMMARY Neonatally orchiectomized (BALB/c X C57BL/Ka)F1 (CBF1) mice do not reject syngeneic male skin; nor is their skin accepted by syngeneic adult females. Adult females tolerant of male-specific antigen (MSA) via newborn injection with spleen cells, and bearing testis grafts from early neonatal life, did not develop MSA in their skin. Therefore, skin MSA is neither induced nor maintained in these mice by postnatal testicular function.
