Abstract
An unusual case of an isolated histioproliferative lesion arising from the basal dura of the left middle cranial fossa is described. The presence of lymphophagocytosis suggests that this represents an extra-nodal, intracranial form of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy.Keywords
