Abstract
Concentrates of the Lactobacillus bulgaricus factor (LBF) will replace pantothenic acid in the nutrition of the rat. The quantitative effect of LBF in promoting growth may be in excess of that expected from the pantothenate contained in the LBF molecule.Keywords
