Abstract
Electric conduction of cubic ZnS crystal was investigated in the field range from 2× to 3× V/cm. The resonant type current anomalies were observed around 4×, 1×, and 1.4× V/cm. The experimental results suggest that the Stark ladder will play an important role in the high-field transport phenomena.
