Abstract
In vitro cultures of Cinchona ledgeriana were established from seedling stock grown on a modified Murashige and Skoog medium. The addition of phloroglucinol to the medium promoted growth and, within the range 40·5 to 181·5 mg 1-1, there was no permanent effect of concentration on the growth promotion. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
