Phosphinimino-phosphine durch Entsilylierung von N-Silyl-phosphiniminen / Phosphinimino-phosphines by Desilylation of N-silyl-phosphinimines

Abstract
Desilylation reactions of N-trimethylsilyl-trimethyl-phosphinimine (1) with PCl3 and CH3PCl2 lead to the formerly unknown phosphinimino-phosphines 2 and 3, which are characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weights, and 1H- and 31P-nmr spectra. The action of (CH3)2PCl on N-trimethylsilyl compounds does not afford the expected desilylated products (4, 6). Instead a second mole of (CH3) 2PCl is added immediately to yield the ionic species 5 and 7.
