Abstract
• Using a mathematical formula for the effect of keratoplasty on the iridocorneal angle, nomograms have been constructed that show what size donor tissue is necessary to avoid induced elevated intraocular pressure after aphakic keratoplasty. Avoiding ischemic changes in the disc and retina from the elevated pressures seen after keratoplasty may substantially improve visual results. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
