Intracardiac Extension of Lung Cancer via Pulmonary Veins

Abstract

Two case of lung tumour in the left upper lobe with neoplastic thrombus in the pulmonary veins and extension into the left atrium are reported. The diagnosis was made preoperatively with CT.
