Abstract
A diagram is descr. of a bath for studying isolated tissue prepns. in the presence of surface active media such as blood plasma. Frothing in the chamber containing the tissue is circumvented by the use of 2 interconnected chambers, the O2 bubbling into 1 chamber serving to circulate the soln. between the chambers in a lift-pump fashion.
