Abstract
In spite of significant staff development in technology, implementation is difficult. Even when hardware and software are accessible, teachers must be skilled in the use of technology and in its application to the instructional program. Staff development that responds to teachers' concerns and provides follow-up support will increase the likelihood of implementation. Keywords
