Abstract
In Southeast Asia, disseminated infection with Penicillium marneffei is common among patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Even after successful primary treatment, the relapse rate for this potentially fatal systemic fungal infection is about 50 percent.Keywords
