Abstract
There is a large patient population that experiences syncope. Although the exact mechanism is not known, arrhythmias and vasodepressor mechanisms probably account for most cases of unexplained syncope. Fortunately, patients with unexplained syncope can be successfully treated once the correct diagnosis has been established. Keywords
