Abstract
The experimental differential‐cross‐section extrema data of Groblicki and Bernstein have been analyzed and yield a family of potential parameters. These results were combined with the inferences obtainable from the glory extrema in the total cross sections of Rothe and Veneklasen to deduce a potential compatible with both experiments. The resulting potential is found to have a well depth with a size parameter . The long‐range coefficient is .
