Renal Artery Stenosis, Hypertension, and Polycythaemia

Abstract
Blood values in a 54-year-old man returned to normal and blood-pressure to near normal after nephrectomy. The mechanism of production of "renal" polycythemia is discussed in the light of this case report.Keywords
