Abstract
The literature pertaining to the diagnosis of aneurysm of the abdominal aorta is reviewed, and 9 additional cases reported. The importance of roentgenologic examination, particularly the use of intravenous urography and the identification of thin, small calcific deposits which by their location may suggest the presence of an aneurysm. Pneu-moperitoneum examination was of value in one case.
