N-alkyl and N-aryl-carbamoly radicals: a new σ-type radical

Abstract

Appropriate N-alkyl formanilides, ortho substituted, allow the direct detection, by e.s.r. techniques, of the corresponding aryl carbamoyl σ-radical.
