Abstract
Diamino-acid content of various tropical fish was estimated by Van Slyke''s and Kossel''s methods. Different tissues appear to require varying lengths of time when hydrolyzing with 25% HC1. When histidine is to be separated from arginine the solution must be slightly acid to avoid precipitating appreciable amounts of the latter. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
