Abstract
Interferon prepared under defined conditions in human foreskin cell culture was 20 times more active against vesicular stomatitis virus in rabbit kidney cells than in human cells. The properties of the inhibitor for heterologous cells were identical with those of interferon. The phenomenon may provide a biological marker for different interferons produced by human cells. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
