Right atrial electrocardiogram in the analysis of arrhythmias following acute myocardial infarction.

Abstract
The use of a percutaneous, bedside right atrial ecg in an intensive coronary care unit is described. The differentiation of tachycardias associated with abnormal ventricular complexes is illustrated. The procedure is simple, safe, and without discomfort to the patient with an acute myocardial infarct.
