Abstract
Three children had an immediate reaction following live attenuated measles vaccine (Rimevax). This reaction consisted of vomiting, fever and a rash, and in two cases cyanosis. In each case the reaction commenced within 30 minutes of vaccination. Parents should be warned of the possibility of an immediate reaction after measles vaccination, and asked to notify their doctor if any occurs. Keywords
